What type of Video assets are there?

Assets include:

  • Keynote Video

  • Breakout Video

  • TV Interview

  • General / Personal B-Roll

  • Event B-Roll / Behind the Scenes / Testimonials

  • Speaker-produced interview (to camera)

Is there a minimum amount of assets needed?

The more the merrier! The variety and quality of assets that you have will reflect in the depth and impact of the Demo Reel that we produce. At a minimum we would suggest:

  • 1 Keynote (professionally recorded) with GOOD Audio

  • At least 2-3 additional Keynotes of varied visual quality

I need Filmed professionally, do you do that?

We do! We’re based near Philadelphia with easy access to DC, Baltimore, Philly, and NYC. We can also travel beyond. Pricing is custom, please inquire.

OR

We offer a service coordinating local video teams near you! It’s the local videographer’s cost + 25% administration fee. With that fee we’ll:

  • Research, find, and book the local videographer(s) for you

  • Coordinate shooting specs & styles to match what we need

  • Plan on-site logistics (working directly with venue/organizational contacts

  • Have footage transferred directly to us (shared with you of course!)

You set the budget, and we’ll handle the rest!

Who edits?

We have a wonderful team of local and domestic editors on our creative roster. Senior and Junior editors will work together to craft the most impactful film for you. All edits will go through a round of revisions in-house prior to you ever seeing them - all edits approved by a Senior editor.

Who do i work with?

You will have a dedicated personal producer who will work with and guide you through the process from the first day to the last.

Can I just give you the assets and let you run with the edit?

Of course! Maybe you’re too busy, or maybe you just don’t have a clear vision for what you want. And that’s ok. While we welcome input from our clients to help shape the Demo Reel into their vision, we can certainly use your assets to create what we feel is the strongest reel for you.
